Bioinformatics and Data Analyst, focused in the RNA-seq analysis. I have been developing gene expression atlas for mango, MangoBase, which have multiple interactive tools to visualize and download gene expression data. Moreover, while pursuing my Master's degree in Bioinformatics and Biostatistics from Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC), I developed another gene expression atlas for avocado as part of my Master's Project. Previously, during my Biology Degree, I worked as scientific illustrator, collecting data and creating infographics to convey complex information to the general public.
